Canoeing in Madagascar, July 2003

Day three:

The rowing continued until about 1ish. Since we did the trip in 4 days rather then 3 we did not have to rush in the morning and could get to camp early in the afternoon. We had lunch at an amazing waterfall. We spent the rest of the day exploring. Anja (the other Adult) and I decided to find a path to the top of the waterfall. If it was safe we would call the rest to fallow. We made it with no problem even though other guides were telling us it was impossible. As the others followed the only person who got hurt was Tobias. He got attached by a wasp and stung 9 times. I have never seen someone run back down a hill so fast. He is tough and did not let it bother him. The place was beautiful. We camped that night and spent the next morning exploring and playing in the waterfall again.
