Photo Journal - Part 2, August 2003

Day 4:

Since the ocean was to dangerous we headed for the mangroves. On the first day in the mangroves we got lost. We used extra energy rowing here and there trying to find the right canal that cut through. At one point the water was so narrow we all had to get out and almost carry the boat through. Good thing I did not make the connection that crocodiles lived in mangroves until the next day when we saw 7 in one hour.
